The headphone portion is working splendid. I have also played with volume boost settings. The microphone picks up noise sometimes but it is all static, no sound of my voice.

I have uninstalled/ reinstalled the drivers, Windows 10 was just installed so I cannot really roll back the updates, have an adapter to split the input/output into my pc, and have tested the mic on my phone (it works on my phone). I recently got a headset with a microphone, and am having major issues.
